This intimate evening is all about getting you race-ready for the Squamish 50 (or any other endurance race you’re undertaking!) You’ll learn key mental strategies to use in training and on race day so you can recover quickly from setbacks, maintain a positive outlook when things get tough, and keep moving toward the finish line with confidence.
Expect an interactive learning experience with lots of time for integrated Q&A. And also yummy snacks.
