This intimate evening is all about getting you race-ready for August 16/17. You’ll learn key mental strategies to use in training and on race day so you can recover quickly from setbacks, maintain a positive outlook when things get tough, and keep moving toward the finish line with confidence.

This is for you if:

  • You want to build your mental/emotional skill set for endurance training and racing

  • You’re racing any distance on Squamish 50 weekend (or a different race is on your calendar…we won’t tell, promise!)

  • You’re not racing this year, but want to get a jump on prep for future events

Expect an interactive learning experience with lots of time for integrated Q&A. And also yummy snacks.

 

P.S. - as a 2 x 50 mile/1 x 23 km finisher & frequent course marker/pre-sweeper, I know this course way too well and am happy to share trail knowledge!
