THE COACHING PROCESS
We connect for a no-cost consult to be sure we’re a great fit.
We meet once or twice monthly (online via Zoom) and dive in! Our work together is informed by:
solution-focused coaching (me asking you great questions that invite you to reflect, problem-solve, and get to the heart of things)
positive psychology and growth mindset strategies
mindfulness and somatic practices
wholehearted and purposeful living (because the little things you do every day add up to big results in the long run!)
We start by getting clear on your sporting and life-ing goals. This lets us direct the focus of our work together toward the results you’re after.
We identify what’s working and what isn’t. We tune into your strengths, areas of growth and resistance, potential blind spots, and fears/patterns that are keeping you stuck.
I create a customized coaching plan just for you. You deserve so much more than a cookie-cutter formula! This is your trail map, with intermediate checkpoints along the way toward your big objectives.
Between sessions, you’ll be working, growing, and observing what unfolds. I’ll be here for encouragement, inspiration, and accountability.
Each time we meet, we celebrate your wins, explore practices and tools to keep you moving forward, and plan the next steps along your trail.
At the end of our time together, we honour you and your journey, and get curious about the future.

I offer two 1:1 coaching programs. Each gives you a highly customized experience and includes:
A free consultation to make sure we’re a great fit, answer your questions, and decide which program best meets your needs
An online assessment to get clear on your dreams, goals, and where you’re at right now
A customized coaching plan, unique to you. It’s your trail map forward—complete with checkpoints along the way—to where you want to go
Practices, tools, and support as you create sustainable and impactful habits (because how you do anything is how you do everything!)
Next-level encouragement, guidance and accountability partnership from a fellow sporty soul with 30+ years of combined experience as a life coach and athlete (me!)
Unlimited support via e-mail and text between sessions
Uplifting amazing non-profit orgs (focused on empowerment through sport/environmental stewardship) through your coaching fees

Zone 2 Program
This is a great fit if you’re committed to steadily moving forward and keeping pace toward your goals with less frequent direct guidance. We meet monthly, giving you extra space to process your learnings and cultivate supportive habits and practices to keep you growing.
Duration: 6 months
Sessions: 1 per month (6 total)
Your investment: $2,100
Zone 4 Program
This is for you if you like making your heart beat a little faster and you want to move quickly toward your goals. We meet every 2 weeks to keep you accountable, navigate speed bumps as they arise, and double down on keeping your motivation high.
Duration: 6 months
Sessions: 2 per month (12 total)
