Hey there! I’m Heather

I’m a former veterinarian turned life coach, yoga instructor and all-around joyful human. Overcoming perfectionistic and people-pleasing behaviours is a huge part of my story.

I specialize in helping perfectionists and people-pleasers change these behaviours so they can ditch the exhaustion and resentment they’re currently feeling and find the ease, energy and happiness they’re dreaming of.

It’s not about working harder and doing more. It’s about finding the right tools and support you need so you can thrive in your health, relationships, and professional life.

It’s likely you’ve done life as a perfectionist, people-pleaser or BOTH for some time now.

If you’re like me, those behaviours have likely helped you get where you wanted to go. You’ve got the career you dreamed of. People like you because you’re so “nice.” Externally, it looks like you’ve got it all together and everything is going splendidly.

But when you get real with yourself, you acknowledge that you’re exhausted. Perhaps you’re resentful of saying yes all the time and working so hard.
